Program Description:
Attorney and author Kenneth F. Eichner will discuss the elements of story in the courtroom. Regardless if you are entertaining jurors or entertaining readers, the mechanics are the same. Using his novel, D.A. Diaries, as well as examples from his docket, Mr. Eichner will explore how to create a story and how to turn the mechanics of a trial into a rich narrative for the jury and the court.
