Case Study: Picking the Jury in the Oklahoma City Bombing Case
Reid Neureiter, co-counsel for Terry Nichols in the Oklahoma City Bombing case will recount his experience observing jury selection in the death penalty cases of Nichols and Timothy McVeigh, including the use of a jury questionnaire, the unique aspects of death penalty voir dire, and the importance of probing the effects of pre-trial publicity in a high-profile case.
