This program is an intermediate to advanced seminar focusing on cutting edge issues in the law of insurance bad faith. The purpose of this program is to provide attendees with in-depth educational information about hotly contested issues in the area of insurance bad faith litigation. The program will provide many new insights into how to successfully prosecute and defend against insurance bad faith claims. The program will introduce Gregory Giometti's updated book, Colorado Law of Insurance Bad Faith (3rd Ed. 2009).
