Faculty

Roger J.Dodd is an internationally-known plaintiff's trial attorney, author, lecturer, consultant and expert on cross-examination techniques. As a partner in Spohrer and Dodd, a nine lawyer firm, of Jacksonville, Florida, he and his partners are available to co-counsel cases throughout the United States in aviation accidents, trucking cases, medical malpractice and catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. He is Board-Certified in both civil and criminal practice, and has been a member of the Florida Bar for 30 years, and The State Bar of Georgia for 31 years. Mr. Dodd is a frequent guest and commentator on Court TV and other legally-oriented programs. He has recently provided trial commentary on suchprograms as Good Morning America and Geraldo At Large. Mr.Dodd is co-author of the best-selling legal title ever published by Lexis-Nexis, entitled: Cross-Examination: Science and Techniques. Listed among the nation's mostelite lawyers in The Best Lawyers in America since 1991, Mr. Dodd has also been named a Georgia “Super Lawyer” every year since the program's inception in 2004. In addition to his practice in Jacksonville, Florida, he has a practice in Valdosta, Georgia.

Larry Pozner is a founding partner of the 18 lawyer Denver litigation firm of Reilly Pozner & Connelly LLP.The firm handles both the plaintiff and defense sides of complex commercial litigation, class actions, and criminal defense work. He is a nationally recognized legal commentator (NBC Nightly News, The Today Show, CBS, CNN, NPR, and Court TV), covering such highly-publicized trials as the Oklahoma Citybombing trials and the Jon Benét Ramsey case. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for 20 consecutive years, and is listed in Super Lawyers as one of the top 50 lawyers in Colorado. Larry began his career as a Deputy State Public Defender, and was elected President of the 10,000 member National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers in 1998. Larry's criminal defense practice currently includes representation of corporations and individuals in white collar matters in statecourt crimes and he also defends individuals charged with crimes of violence. In addition, Larry has been successful in civil litigation, including a broad spectrum of complex commercial matters. He has represented: The Universityof Colorado; Pat Bowlen (owner of the Denver Broncos); Coors Brewing Company; and served successfully as plaintiffs' trial counsel in multistatecases brought against US West and a regional stock brokerage firm, bothresulting in multi-million-dollar settlements.
