About Your Faculty:
 
Ralph Cagle conducts lively and instructive “hands on” negotiation training programs throughout the United States for such diverse groups as lawyers, business executives, government officials, mediators, social workers, education administrators, health care professionals, clergy, and students.   He has also trained negotiators in Canada, Japan, China, and Thailand. A faculty member at the University of Wisconsin Law School, he teaches negotiation, mediation, public speaking, professional ethics, the legal profession and that school's Lawyering Skills Course. As a practicing lawyer, Ralph serves as a mediator in business, employment, professional, and tort disputes and represents lawyers in professional disciplinary matters.
