What Judges and Attorneys Wish the Other Knew: A Conversation

Have you ever wished you could pick the brain of a judge? Maybe you’ve always wondered what goes on behind the scenes in a courtroom, or how you can make your briefs and pleadings more effective. Maybe you’d like to know more about the process of becoming a judge. Maybe you’d like to know how you can get a judge to help when opposing counsel is making your life a nightmare. Bring all of these questions and more to the CBA Judicial Liaison Section’s and Denver Bar Association’s Fall Forum, where you will meet with judges in roundtable format to discuss the issues you wish they knew, and get pointers from the judges themselves

BONUS! Earn 1 EDI Credit at the end of the day. We’ll feature a presentation on neurodiversity and the law. Learn how attorneys with ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent characteristics navigate the legal practice, and learn how you can make your firms and the legal practice more inclusive for neurodivergent attorneys.
