E-Discovery

July 2014

E-Discovery

The rapidly-changing world of e-discovery presents ongoing challenges for litigators, who must keep up with new legal developments in this area, as well as the technological changes impacting the location, review, and production of electronic documents. The courts expect attorneys to be conversant with recent decisions addressing e-discovery issues and the tools available to practitioners. The failure to identify and to preserve electronic files can have devastating consequences for both attorney and client. Moreover, an attorney's failure to marshal potential electronic evidence can mean the difference between a victory and a loss at trial. This program is a must for any attorney whose practice includes counseling regarding document preservation issues or litigation involving electronic evidence.
