Program Description:
Join us for an introduction to one of CBA-CLE’s most useful reference books for civil trial lawyers: Colorado Civil Claims: Elements, Defenses, and Sample Pleadings. We’ll begin with an overview of the book, including its organization and many user-friendly features. Chapter authors will discuss claims and illustrate how the book will help you practice in both trial courts and on appeal.
