Become a more effective litigator at  the 2021 Federal Practice Update.United States District Court Judges will offer thoughts on federal practice, and a panel of  Magistrate Judges will provide tips and tricks for successful federal litigation. Learn about recent e-discovery decisions, pitfalls to avoid in federal practice, ethical issues for federal practitioners, and learn to protect yourself against cybercrime with tips from the DOJ.

You may register for the Pro Bono rate if you agree to (within one year) take a case from the Federal Limited Appearance Program. Information can be found at:Federal Limited Scope Appearance Program
 
*If you do not satisfy your service within the one-year period, you will be invoiced the difference between the reduced and full tuition rate.

The program will be submitted for CLE accreditation in Colorado. If you need to seek accreditation in another state, please review the process and requirements for that individual state.
