Program Description:
The 2014 annual Federal Practice program provides updates on changes and emerging issues in federal court. It also gives practice tips and in such areas as: eDiscovery, ethics, third-party subpoenas, local rules, and removal. Plus, Judges share their thoughts on what works, and doesn't work, in their courtrooms and for a federal civil court practice. This program will help you to be "smarter" and more effective in evaluating a case, writing a brief, preparing for trial or a hearing, and trying a case in federal court.
