Program Description:

Electronic information is everywhere. Because it is everywhere -- and used by almost everyone -- electronic information is a prevalent feature of transactions and civil litigation in Colorado and throughout the United States. This program focuses on the use and misuse of social media by attorneys and what attorneys should understand about social media to avoid ethical problems as they, among other things, interact with others on social media, advise clients about their use of social media, conduct discovery and engage in juror research.
