Program Description:
Electronic information – be it “stored” or in real time – pervades our practices, our personal lives, and our world. Electronic information features prominently and increasingly in the investigation, prosecution and defense of alleged criminal activity, and has far-reaching implications on the ethics of the legal profession. These two half-day programs will highlight the issues that electronic information poses to practitioners, judges and law enforcement in federal and state cases.
