This program provides a practical approach to maximizing your ability to collect judgments within the bounds of the law and ethics rules. The expert faculty of practitioners and judges guide you through the process and inform you of the options that are available. They tell you how, when, and why to select one strategy over another. In addition, a primer on the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and the perspectives of both a County Court and District Court Judge is provided. Learn the dos and don'ts of effective and ethical collections practice.
