About the Faculty:
Todd Winegar is consistently rated one of the country's finest CLE speakers. He's a dynamic presenter who uses actual film footage, re-creations, and verbatim trial transcripts to provide attendees with a memorable, yet educational seminar. As a practicing attorney whose emphasis is civil trial litigation, Todd has been involved in some of the largest cases in his home state of Utah. His experience includes professional malpractice on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, product liability actions involving para- and quadriplegia, and a Minuteman missile accident.
