Program Description:

AM:  Attend this half-day program and find out the latest information on diagnosing, evaluating, and presenting brain injury cases. Not only are brain injuries difficult to diagnose and evaluate, the effects of minor and moderate brain injuries can be as severe as other types of severe injuries. Get the most current tools to better understand rehabilitation, diagnostic tests, and the complexities of brain injuries on a case by case basis.  Plus, your seasoned presenter, scientist, and litigator will provide you with tips for pursuing and challenging a brain injury defense in today's courtroom.

PM:  Take an afternoon, and learn from one of the best on how to more effectively examine medical experts and to become a better advocate for your clients. You will receive the how-to's of both preparing for your medical expert's examination and how to examine the opposing party's medical expert. Get insights on challenging the science behind the opinions … and on taking depositions that you can actually use at trial. You will also receive invaluable guidance on making a medical expert your witness on cross, and an  educator for the trier of fact.
