Program Description:
You will leave this half-day program immediately prepared to plan and implement more effective depositions. This is a skills building program that covers every aspect of the deposition process, filled with tips on questions that will draw out information, obtain admissions, support motion practice and set up successful cross examination at trial. You will also learn how to prepare your witness to be deposed, conveying information truthfully while avoiding manipulation. Your seasoned presenter and litigator has extensive knowledge and experience, and will provide you with invaluable pointers and information. Trial lawyers of all experience levels will pick up tips, ideas, and insights. This program is about the art as well as the science of discovery practice.
