Please join us for an overview of the second regular session of the 73rd General Assembly of the Colorado Legislature. Kayla Dreyer and Denison Goodrich-Schlenker will walk attendees through important new legislation that will affect labor and employment practitioners and their clients across the state. We look forward to providing a general overview of the employment legislation landscape during the 73rd General Assembly and an in-depth analysis of enacted employment-related legislation. Discussion will include the restrictive covenants bills, the Colorado False Claims Act, updates to Colorado's discrimination laws, and various Covid-vaccine bills, in addition to others.
