In 2016, the Rocky Mountain IP & Tech Law Institute will provide you a real-world discussion of developments across all areas of IP and tech law. Patent law and litigation - trends in case law, in damages and in 101 practice and more. Patent prosecution - what's going at the PTAB, in international protection, and in design patents? Trademarks and copyrights - hear from the TTAB chief judge, hear from an in-house panel about brand enforcement strategies, hear about copyrights and the rise of Big Data. Transactions and licensing - hear about doing business in India and China, about data security and Big Data, about funding early stage tech companies, and much more.

Institute Cancellations:
Cancellations by May 25, 2016 will receive a full refund of tuition paid. After May 25, 2016 no refunds will be issued, but substitutions are welcome. This program is not eligible for transfers to homestudy.
