Attend and acquire information you and your clients need to know about the investment climate and trends in mergers and acquisitions in The Americas. Attend and gain insights on how your clients can take advantage of the opportunities and overcome the challenges in developing business, and can fund that development, in this emerging market area.  An overview of the area's primary emerging market countries, including what is growing and what is driving growth, to be addressed. M&A trends in Latin America to be compared to other regional emerging market trends, and that industry to be analyzed. Legal background, legal structures, and legal issues and negotiations will be part of the presentation's case study along with a discussion of "why buy or sell" a company in The Americas.

Meet Your Presenter:
 
David Talon, Managing Director, AEA Advisors, during the past 25 years, has developed and managed multi-country business growth and communication optimization projects in over 50 countries in Latin America, Europe, Australia and the Middle East. He has expertise in rapidly developing new domestic and global distribution networks through agents, distributors or channel partners, and managing internal and external client teams through global business initiatives to increase top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profits. He also has expatriate experience in South America and Mexico. His current focus is on sourcing deals and funding for multinational projects, including such in The Americas, Asia and Western Europe. His speaking engagements include keynoting the ISP Xchange Conference in New Delhi, India. He is also active in Denver area venture and angel capital groups.
