Brad Friedman is a Colorado native who practiced law for many years in a variety of fields including litigation, real estate, family law, corporate and estate planning, before leaving his practice to become Executive Director of a local charitable foundation. In 2010, Brad parlayed his passion for technology and his business, legal and marketing savvy into the creation of the Friedman Group, which helps professionals use social media in an ethical and professional manner that reflects their professional image.
 
Susan Gindin, Isaacson Rosenbaum, Denver, CO
 
Susan Gindin is Of Counsel to Denver's Isaacson Rosenbaum, where she concentrates on privacy, advertising, technology, intellectual property, social media, and employment law matters. She previously served as general counsel of Video Professor, Inc., and senior counsel at Verio, Inc., an NTT Communications Company. She is the author of the Guide to E-mail and the Internet in the Workplace, published by the Bureau of National Affairs in 1999 and used in classes presented at Harvard Law School, and numerous other works, including the first law review article on Internet privacy. She has been cited globally by over 100 law reviews and by policymaking bodies, including the European Commission, the U.S. International Trade Administration, the Law Reform Commission of Hong Kong, and the Canadian Privacy Commissioner.

Bernard H. Greenberg focuses his practice on estate and business planning. He lectures frequently to professional groups in a variety of industries and general consumers on the subjects of business and estate planning. He authors regular columns on financial and estate planning topics in two regional newspapers, the Highlander and the Douglas County News Press, and has published articles in a variety of publications. He also maintains his firm's blog.
