Constitutional Judging - SCOTUS Then and Now - Webinar
Join Colorado Attorney General, Phil Weiser, for a discussion on how the Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization, and other SCOTUS decisions over the past thirty years bear on a fundamental question—how to view the Court’s role in constitutional judging?
AG Weiser will reflect on how changes in the composition of the court have impacted major constitutional law decisions, speaking from his experience both as a law clerk for the late Justice Ginsburg and an advocate before the Supreme Court. The discussion will also invite reflection on a key question: should the Supreme Court consider and reflect on the consequences of its decisions?
CBA-CLE will email webinar access information 24-48 hours before the program.
Home studies will be available 2-3 weeks following the live program.
