Trump v. Casa: The Future of Nationwide Injunctions: SCOTUS’s 2025 Term - Webinar

The United States Supreme Court’s decision in Trump v. Casa has reshaped the scope of nationwide injunctions and the authority of federal district courts. Professor Alan Chen, a nationally recognized constitutional law scholar and longtime teacher to Colorado attorneys, will examine the Court’s reasoning, its implications for the separation of powers, and what it means for future litigation strategy in federal courts.
