Introduction to Colorado's New Judicial Discipline Adjudicative Process - Webinar
In November, Colorado voters approved a constitutional amendment changing the state’s process for disciplining judges. Under the amendment, the Colorado Independent Judicial Discipline Adjudicative Board will be charged with investigating complaints and enforcing the state’s judicial ethics code. This program will look at how we got here and provide an update on the formation of the board and the rulemaking process, which will guide how the Board will function going forward.
CBA-CLE will email webinar access information 24-48 hours before the program.
Home studies will be available 2-3 weeks following the live program.
CBA-CLE is committed to providing access, equal opportunity, and reasonable accommodation in its services, programs, and employment. To request an accommodation please contact [email protected] at least 14 business days in advance.
