2023 Family Law Institute - In-Person - SOLD OUT

Co-sponsored by the CBA Family Law Section

Burn out. Exhaustion. Frustration. We have all experienced them to some degree during the last few years as family law practitioners.  And yet, the practice needs us, now more than ever, to help people move forward in their lives in creative, focused, and strategic ways. It's time to breathe new life into our practice. We must start looking at old problems in new ways. We must come up with unique settlement ideas or prepare for strategic litigation. It is time to recharge the practice of family law.

The 2023 institute is focused on reenergizing the practice of family law and giving practitioners new tools to address the difficult problems that our clients face. We gave our presenters a challenge: ensure that each session includes fresh, outside-of-the-box approaches to family law issues. Are you ready to recharge your practice??

Join us August 10-12 in Vail to reignite the spark with your old flame, family law.

Keynote address by Laura Wasser, Esq., Hollywood family law attorney to Kim Kardashian, Brittany Spears, Angelina Jolie, etc., and author of It Doesn't Have to Be That Way: How to Divorce Without Destroying Your Family or Bankrupting Yourself; Ms. Wasser's presentation will address how to improve, and even disrupt, the way we think about and practice family law.
Trial practicum led by Judge Brett Martin and attorney Dan Deasy. Attendance is limited!
Hear from judicial officers, an appellate panel, fellow family law practitioners, mental health and financial experts.
Reconnect with colleagues and friends during old and new networking events.
