Separating Myth from Reality in Family Law Practice: Family Law New Practitioner Breakfast CLE
How long after leaving the family home is it considered abandoned? What is the advantage to filing first? How many years do I have to be married to be considered “common law”?
Kate Lewis and Jamie Cage will present on the common myths clients hear regarding divorce matters and how practitioners should consider responding to those myths. Expect this to be an informative and fun CLE where we can discuss the misperceptions about family law and lament about how sometimes they make our jobs more difficult.
