Family Law Spring Update: Spring into Action for Success

As spring ushers in daffodils and tulips, corn snow, and baseball, take this opportunity to freshen up your approach to family law. The Spring Update is designed to help you cultivate advanced legal strategies, from contempt proceedings to undermining the credibility of expert mental health testimony. You may come into this program as a lion, but with guidance from seasoned professionals, you’ll go out like a lamb.

What’s in Bloom:

Cultivating Success in Contempt Cases. What are your client’s goals? Are you trying to remediate the situation or seeking punishment? Hear from two judicial officers who will guide you through your considerations.

Expert Testimony in Full Bloom. Gain insights on how you may attack the credibility of the mental health expert’s testimony or report in your case.

Planting the Seeds of Change. Stay ahead with an exploration of the proposed Colorado Rules of Family Procedure and how they may impact on your practice.

Home studies will be available 2-3 weeks following the live program.
