Janet M. Price, a paralegal with Litvak Litvak Mehrtens and Epstein, P.C., discusses helpful tips, forms, and checklists used to gather from clients the information necessary to build the foundation for a dissolution of marriage or legal separation. She will cover party information, Rule 16.2 disclosures, and updates.

Janet M. Price is a graduate of the Arapahoe Community College Paralegal Program, where she serves on the program's Advisory Committee. She has been working as a paralegal for 23 years, and is currently with the Denver firm of Litvak Litvak Mehrtens and Epstein, P.C. An associate member of the Colorado Bar Association, she has chaired or co-chaired the Paralegal Committee for several years, and is a member of the Family Law Section. She is also a member of the Mile High Association of Legal Support Staff and the Rocky Mountain Paralegal Association.
