Meet Your Presenter:
Katharine (Katy) Lum, Esq., is a senior associate with Lass Moses Ramp & Cooper, LLC, a firm focused on family law. She has experience in a broad range of family law matters and enjoys representing clients from diverse backgrounds. Katy's financial expertise encompasses the unique challenges faced by lower income parties as well as matters involving multi-million dollar estates. Her practice also includes complex parental responsibilities issues, including those involving substance abuse, domestic violence, and children with medical disabilities. Katy is a skilled negotiator, litigator, and appellate advocate. She volunteers with Metro Volunteer Lawyers and the Colorado Lawyers Committee, and she previously served on the CBA Board of Governors. She was Co-Chair of the 2019 Family Law Basic Skills seminar on behalf of the Family Law Section and is a member of the Young Lawyer Committee of the Family Law Section. Prior to joining Lass Moses Ramp & Cooper, Katy was a law clerk for former Colorado Supreme Court Justice Gregory Hobbs. She attended the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.
