Program Description:
 
The Family Law Spring Update promises a wide variety of topics that are highly relevant to all family law practitioners, including important case law and legislative updates - with late-breaking topics from the legislature. Complex financial issues are addressed as well as the controversial and potentially ground-breaking manner in which ADR or non-legal paraprofessionals get involved to a greater degree in family law. "Lightning Round" topics of significant interest are also included.
