Program Description:
Don't miss the opportunity to practice the elements of courtroom evidence that are most important for family law practitioners to know.
First, as a larger group, you will learn the evidentiary technique. Then you'll break out into small groups for role-playing and discussion. A faculty member will lead your small group as you practice the technique and give you individual attention and feedback.
Whether it's learning the hearsay rules, how to lay a foundation, expert testimony or electronic evidence, don't miss this chance for one-on-one learning from some of the most knowledgeable family law judges and litigators in the State.
