This is the half-day program that brings you a distinguished faculty of Judges, Attorney Regulation Counsel, and experienced practitioners who will guide you through Who and What is Professional in the practice of law. (And, who and what is not.) They will engage you in interactive discussion on how to balance civility with the ethical obligations of zealous advocacy and strategies for handling difficult situations.

Ethics and Professionalism in the Practice of Law is a half-day program designed for lawyers of all experience levels. It is taught by a distinguished faculty of experts, including experienced practitioners who are members of the Professionalism Assistance (PPA) Group, Judges, and the Office of Attorney Regulation. Topics include a brief introduction of professionalism in the legal profession and ethical and professionalism issues from the perspectives of Attorney Regulation Counsel and the Bench. Experienced practitioners, Attorney Regulation Counsel, and Judges discuss who and what is, and is not, professional in the practice of law, and provide strategies for handling difficult situations.
