Program Description:
 
The seminar begins with a brief introduction of professionalism and ethics in the legal profession, followed by scenarios that focus on ethical and professional issues that arise in the practice of law. The most common and most difficult problem areas will be covered. Hear the perspectives of the Bench and Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel on professionalism and ethics and their intertwining. This program will help you to acquire the confidence to handle difficult ethical and professional dilemmas.
