Program Description:
For most attorneys, the tenth of the hour is the pulse of their practice. Good billing practices don’t just increase an attorney’s ability to account for time and efforts expended on behalf of a client, they are in themselves an important part of client advocacy. Because good billing practices can protect against malpractice claims, improve client communication, and generally make a client’s life easier, even the most seasoned attorneys should regularly revisit and reevaluate how they track and report their efforts on behalf of their clients.
