Technology is revolutionizing legal practice. Yet many of the rules governing legal practice were written in a time before the smartphone and, in some cases, even before the desktop computer.

This program introduces the rapidly expanding world of legaltech. By the end of the program, participants should have a better understanding of how and why to: 
•    Categorize the field of legaltech by function and practice area;
•    Locate the “fine print” governing use of legaltech;
•    Discuss the relevant Rules of Professional Conduct;
•    Apply those rules to technology being considered for one’s own practice.
