Chair and Keynote Speaker, Brooke Wunnicke, Esq. Of Counsel to Hall & Evans since 1986, was admitted to the Wyoming Bar in 1946 and to the Colorado Bar in 1969. Brooke has received many awards, honors, and national recognition for her more than 60 years of service to the legal profession.
 
 
Program Description
 
With the greatest oil and gas boom since the 1970's upon us, and with critical 21st Century issues now in the mix, CBA⁄CLE has designed this outstanding program featuring some of Colorado's top Oil & Gas practitioners as its distinguished faculty, all of whom witnessed the previous boom some 25 years ago. We are especially honored and proud to present Brooke Wunnicke as our distinguished Chair and Keynote Speaker for this one-of-a-kind event. Whether you practice in the oil and gas arena, or would simply like to listen and learn about the oil and gas boom of the 21st Century from the wisest and most experienced faculty we could bring together, this is a program that you should not miss.This stellar program will give you the current overview of Colorado oil and gas law, the legislation and regulation update, the litigation trends in the industry today, and where we are with the issues of access, split estates and surfaces use disputes. It will also bring you up-to-date on the environmental regulation of oil and gas development and teach you the basics of oil and gas accounting and taxation.
