2025 Employment Law Spring Update - In-Person
The Spring Update will look at employment law cases through a remedy lens – specifically, injunctive relief, emotional distress damages, and settlement. This half-day program aims to provide insight into various resolution tools that will refine your litigation strategy. We invite you to take advantage of the wealth of knowledge our experienced faculty bring and hope you will join us!
Additionally, the CBA Labor and Employment Law Section will be hosting a reception immediately following the program where you can expand your network and dive deeper into the topics of the day.
CBA-CLE will email webinar access information 24-48 hours before the program.
Home studies will be available 2-3 weeks following the live program.
