Elder Law Basics 2014
July 2014
Elder Law Basics 2014
Program Description:
The increase in life expectancy in the 20th century is one of the greatest advances in our history. Yet, are we prepared to face the challenges and take advantages of the opportunities we have created with a healthier elderly population? There remains substantial uncertainty about our future as these changes - legal, demographic, political and medical - take place in our collective American life.
The 2014 Elder Law Basics Program will help to prepare you as a practitioner as more and more baby boomers reach older age and need legal counsel.
