This has been an active year for case law for ADR, most notably for Arbitration. In this year's 2010 Annual Survey program on Alternative Dispute Resolution, join Victoria Johnson to hear about:
- Terms that should be included in arbitration agreements based on 2010 case law.
- Hill v. Ricoh Americas Corporation (10th Cir. 2010): analyzing whether a party waived the right to arbitrate applying a six factor test and thoroughly discussing case law.
- Arguments a party should make when seeking or defending against a stay of litigation pending arbitration.
- Who Decides What: Issues resolved by Courts versus issues resolved by Arbitrators.

Victoria V. Johnson, Esq. is a partner in the trial group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP in Denver. Ms. Johnson practices in complex commercial litigation and appellate matters. She represents clients in a variety of matters relating to contract disputes, business torts, franchise, real estate, and environmental litigation. She received her B.S. from Cornell University in 1993 and her J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1998, where she was the Editor in Chief of the University of Colorado Law Review. Vickie has been the author of the chapter on “Alternative Dispute Resolution” for the Annual Survey of Colorado Law since 2001.
