Who Should Attend:
In this advanced mediation skills training course the instructor assumes that all participants have taken a 40-hour training in mediation and have participated in mediation sessions.
Instructor
Judy Mares-Dixon, M.A., is the owner of Mares-Dixon & Associates and a former Partner with CDR Associates. She is a trainer, mediator, coach and dispute resolution systems designer.
Judy mediates healthcare, business, employment, cross-cultural and public policy disputes.
She designed dispute resolution systems for Levi Strauss, The US Department of the Interior and Boulder Community Hospital.
She has designed and delivered extensive conflict management training programs for Federal Agencies including the Department of Justice, Department of Education and The Environmental Protection Agency as well as United Airlines, Fletcher Building of New Zealand and Western Area Power Administration.
Her work has taken her to Hong Kong, the South Pacific, Europe and Canada.
Judy holds a Master's Degree in social and multicultural education from the University of Colorado.
She has published several articles on Employment Mediation including

“Mediation: An Early Dispute Resolution Procedure"
