40 Hour Mediation Training - Webinar Only

Taught by renowned mediator and trainer Judy Mares-Dixon, M.A., this interactive webinar is essential for anyone interested in alternative dispute resolution in Colorado. The 40-hour program offers a step-by-step approach to mediating workplace disputes, contract disputes, environmental issues, racial and cross-cultural conflicts, and community disputes. The course will cover mediator ethics and standards of conduct, mediation models, stages, and strategies, information for building your practice and getting experience, and so much more. You will practice several mediation role plays and receive feedback from experienced coaches.

The program will be submitted for CLE accreditation in Colorado. If you need to seek accreditation in another state, please review the process and requirements for that individual state. CBA-CLE staff can provide a Uniform Certificate of Attendance, and it is the attendee's responsibility to complete the accreditation outside of Colorado.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY:
 
A refund of your tuition, less a $200 administrative fee, will be issued until Monday, January 6, 2025. After January 6, 2025, no refunds will be issued, but you may transfer your registration to someone else.
