Program Description:
 
Do you represent clients facing driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs charges? This program will assist seasoned DUI and DUID defenders to better represent their clients. It will also provide those of you who want to defend, or who have been asked to defend, DUI or DUID cases, with important knowledge as well as an update on major issues impacting those cases. The typical, and not so typical, nuances and skills in defending alcohol and drug-related DUI cases, will also be addressed by your faculty of experts.
