This program is geared for anyone who either practices DUI defense or who wants to start in this area. It is a “nuts-and-bolts” approach with a strong emphasis on defending DUI and DUID cases at the county court level, although the new and evolving felony DUI laws will be discussed as well. The information provided will assist attorneys who have never won a DUI case, to attorneys who have tried hundreds of these cases. Your faculty members are considered some of the best litigators in the DUI defense bar.
