Colorado recently became the 47th state to have a felony DUI charge for multiple offenders. Not only does the new law create a felony offense for fourth offenses, but it redefines the sentencing criteria for multiple offenders and gives courts more options for punishment and rehabilitation. Learn about the intricacies of the new law as well as a general DUI law update from one of Colorado's top criminal and DUI defense attorneys, Jay Tiftickjian.
