Mr. Sandgrund and Mr. Sullan have extensive experience litigating construction defect, construction materials, multi-family community, class action and insurance lawsuits. Their law firm has been appointed as class counsel in nine cases, including the 1996 Mission Viejo case involving over 900 Highlands Ranch homeowners, the 2004 Oldach⁄Outlook Windows case involving over 30,000 Colorado homeowners, and the Richmond class action settlement involving over 25,000 Colorado homeowners. Their firm settled three of the largest multi-family construction defect cases in Colorado for $39.5 million, $25 million, and $18 million dollars in 2005 and 2007. Mr. Sullan is the senior member of the Denver law firm, Sullan2, Sandgrund, Smith & Perczak, P.C. (formerly known as Vanatta, Sullan, Sandgrund, Sullan & Smith, P.C.). Mr. Sandgrund was managing principal for the law firm from 1990 until 2008, and remains "Of Counsel" to the firm. Ron Sandgrund and Scott Sullan have worked together since 1980.
