Greg Anderson joined Green Manning & Bunch in 2005 and is a managing director in the firm's healthcare practice. Prior to joining GMB, he was an investment banker in the Global Industries Group at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. in New York. With 20 years of accounting and finance experience, he has managed sell-side and buy-side merger and acquisition transactions; senior, high yield and convertible debt placements; and equity underwriting. Previously, Mr. Anderson was a tax accountant for Ernst & Young, LLP and a property controller for Marriott International, Inc. Mr. Anderson serves on the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of the Denver Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth and he is a former President of the CoBiz Cares Foundation. Mr. Anderson received his BS in Accounting, summa cum laude, from the University of Utah, and his MBA from the University of Chicago.
