It’s that time again! Join us for the Fall bankruptcy case law update. Jordan O’Connell and Kevin Cronan will be joining the always entertaining Judge Michael Romero for a look at significant cases from the past year. Debtor or creditor, 7, 13, or 11, consumer or commercial, we’ve got you covered! In-person attendees are invited to join the CBA Bankruptcy Subsection for a happy hour following the program.
