Stacy Carpenter is an experienced civil trial attorney whose practice focuses on commercial litigation, employment law, professional liability defense, and ERISA litigation. She represents clients on numerous commercial issues and contract disputes and regularly defends professionals in errors and omissions and malpractice type claims. She also counsels employers on issues such as employment policies, non-competition agreements, and the investigation of employee complaints. Ms. Carpenter has defended employers in a broad range of employment law issues, including discrimination claims, termination claims, and the representation of government contractors who are parties to whistleblower actions. Much of Ms. Carpenter's practice focuses on the representation of insurance producers where she is able to combine her expertise in employment law with her expertise in professional liability claims. She has handled hundreds of civil matters to successful conclusion either by dismissal or appropriate settlement, and has been lead counsel for multiple trials and arbitrations. She is a frequent lecturer on employment law and professional liability topics. Law Week Colorado named her one of the 10 Lawyers of the Decade in 2011.

N. Reid Neureiter focuses on all aspects of high-stakes commercial litigation and trials, including complex litigation such as securities work and class actions. Reid practices in the state and federal courts of Colorado, including appellate courts. In 1996, Reid moved to Denver to work as court-appointed defense counsel in the federal death penalty trial of Terry Lynn Nichols, defendant in the Oklahoma City Bombing case. Reid began his legal career working as an associate for a law firm in Washington D.C., where he focused on complex litigation and libel defense. Prior to law school, Reid worked for two years as Junior Economist for the Majority Staff of the Budget Committee of the United States House of Representatives. He has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America, Commercial Litigation, from 2005-2012.
