Naomi Baez Amos is an associate with Holland & Hart LLP. Naomi specializes in corporate and securities law, and her practice emphasizes emerging and public companies. She advises clients on venture capital financings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and securities law disclosure and compliance. Ms. Baez Amos has experience in a variety of industries including technology, energy, and media.
 

Robert R. Keatinge, Of Counsel, Holland & Hart LLP, provides seasoned and effective counsel to a wide variety of business organizations and their owners, including small start-up companies to publicly traded corporations. He acts as an expert witness on matters of business organizations and professional responsibility, and he has written and spoken nationally in the areas of business law, tax, and professional responsibility. Mr. Keatinge has been Visiting Professor of Law at Suffolk University School of Law, Boston, MA for 2007-2008. He has taught U.S. Business Organizations in Budapest, Hungary, as part of the Suffolk University School of Law LLM. in U.S. Law for International Business Lawyers and is conducted by Suffolk University School of Law located in Boston, MA, in cooperation with the Eötvös Loránd University Faculty of Law, Budapest, Hungary, and the Center for International Legal Studies Salzburg, Austria (2008). Mr. Keatinge speaks frequently throughout the country and nationally on the subjects of limited liability companies, choice of entity, taxation, business succession planning, fiduciary duties and professional responsibility and liability on programs and seminars throughout the country. He has also authored or co-authored over fifty law review or bar journal articles on business organizations, taxation, fiduciary duties, professional responsibility and liability, and taxation.
