Thomas Yih. Mr. Yih is Associate General Counsel-International for Storage Technology Corporation in Louisville, Colorado. His responsibilities include providing legal counsel to StorageTek’s international divisions on transactional matters, corporate governance, employment and U.S. export compliance.
 
Jonathan Adams. Mr. Adams is a Senior Vice President in the New York office of Houlihan Likey Howard & Zukin, an international investment banking firm serving clients ranging from closely held companies to Global 500 corporations.
 
Daniel A. Del Rio. Mr. Del Rio is a managing partner with the Mexican law firm of Basham, Ringe y Correa, Mexico City. His practice focuses on M&A, corporate law, foreign investment, joint ventures and restructuring, real estate, telecommunications and antitrust. He has participated in numerous M&A and cross-border transactions, including the largest real estate transaction in
Latin America.
 
Robert T. Moran. Dr. Moran is a professor of International Management, Emeritus, of the International Studies Department at Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management. He also serves as an organizational and management consultant with specialties in cross-cultural training, organizational development and international human resource management.
 
Jens Röhrborn. As managing partner of Holme Roberts & Owen’s Munich office, Mr. Röhrborn’s practice focuses on: corporate and securities, capital markets, information technology and telecommunications, intellectual property and unfair competition and complex national and international litigation.
 
Alejandro Ortega. Mr. Ortega serves as the Executive Director of Investment Banking in the Mexico City office of UBS Investment Bank. As an investment banker, Mr. Ortega has worked in numerous M&A, equity and debt cross-border transactions. Prior to this, Mr. Ortega worked in Mexico City as a corporate attorney representing mostly multinational corporations doing business in Mexico.
 
Steven L. Toronto. Mr. Toronto is managing partner of Morrison & Foerester firm's Beijing office. His practice involves venture capital financing, telecommunications projects, PRC-related securities offerings, and other China-related investment activities. He has also participated in a wide range of public and private China-related securities offerings.
