Welcome to the Seventh Annual Colorado Business Law Institute.  This year's program will feature the Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court and other prominent jurists, professors and practitioners who will provide a discussion of the important developments in business law in Colorado and on the national level.  In addition the program will present a discussion of drafting and other issues from both transactional and litigation perspectives. The program concludes with in depth discussions of the new ethics rules currently under consideration by the Colorado Supreme Court and the latest Sarbanes Oxley developments.  The Institute also will afford generous opportunities to discuss current developments with colleagues and experts in an informal setting.
